Advanced Shortcode Template Selection:

To use different templates in the shortcode like the example above on different pages in the current version of Listing Templates. You'll need to copy the template files from the plugin folder /wp-content/plugins/epl-listing-templates/templates/content/ into your /active_theme/easypropertylistings folder. This allows you to further customise the templates.

Best to use a child theme so you don't lose your changes when you update your theme.

Most users just select the templates they want to use from the extension settings and are good to go.
